Terms of Service

1. What ReviewDrop Is

ReviewDrop ("we", "us", "the Service") is a review management platform that helps local businesses collect customer feedback, route satisfied customers to Google Reviews, and privately handle negative feedback.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Free Trial & Billing

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, you choose a paid plan (Starter at $29/month or Pro at $49/month) to continue using the Service.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, sales tax, VAT, and payment processing on our behalf. When you subscribe, your financial relationship for payment purposes is with Paddle, not directly with ReviewDrop. Paddle's terms apply to all payment transactions: paddle.com/legal/terms.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. When you cancel:

• Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• You won't be charged again after cancellation.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@reviewdrop.co within 14 days. Refund requests are handled through Paddle as our payment processor.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send review requests to people who haven't done business with you.
• Use the Service to generate fake or misleading reviews.
• Violate Google's review policies or any other third-party platform's terms.
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

6. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of your business information, review data, and any content you upload. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide the Service to you (e.g., displaying your logo on your review page, sending review requests on your behalf).

If you delete your account, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

7. The Service & Availability

We aim to keep ReviewDrop available and reliable, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed reviews, delivery failures, or third-party service outages (Google, email providers, SMS carriers).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewDrop's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
